As RSMC grows it will add to a small group of professionals who create, offer and support a broad range of products around the globe.

The general guidelines for employment are that education, experience and previous adherence to a code of high ethical standards are required. Education is required because it proves that you have a basic foundation of knowledge we can depend on. Experience is required because it suggests that you have been exposed to various good and bad situations that should help to guide you on how to best use your knowledge. Previous adherence to a code of high ethical standards is required simply because positions of trust demand these characteristics.

Except for positions that require licensing, certification or considerable skill, RSMC does not require that you have specific education in the position you seek; we only require that you are acceptably skilled at the position.

Given that RSMC offers its products around the world, language skills are welcome if your communication skills in English are of high quality. (A TOEFL score of 650 or higher is preferred.)

Basic Qualifications

For support positions of a general nature the minimum requirement is a high school diploma.

For skilled administrative, technical and supervisory positions the minimum qualifications are a bachelor's degree, in-hand or in-progress, and 5 years of varied applicable experience.

For a senior technical and or project management position the minimum qualifications are a master's degree, in-hand or in-progress, and 10 years of widely varied experience that is directly applicable within the broadest scope of the position.

For a product line management position the minimum qualifications are a master's degree and 15 years of widely varied experience, with at least 5 years of experience that can be considered very relevant.

All positions at RSMC, except language professionals, require at least 10 years of US citizenship.
